Step 5. Creating Banks and Bank Accounts

To create a bank:
  1. Go to Master data and settings > Bank code catalog.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify the bank Description.
  4. Specify the Region, TIN, and Phones.
  5. Fill in Domestic payment details and International payment details if needed.
  6. Click Save and close.

To create a bank account:
  1. Go to Master data and settings > Company bank accounts.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify the Description.
  4. Select your Company.
  5. Enter the Account number.
  6. Select the Bank and Currency.
  7. If payments are made through the correspondent account, select the Payments are made through the correspondent account in another bank checkbox and specify the Correspondent bank.
  8. On the Account settings tab, select the Account type: Bank, Deposit, or Other.
  9. On the Bank feeds tab, enable and set up Bank feeds if needed.
  10. Click Save and close.
