Step 5. Creating Banks and Bank Accounts
To create a bank:
To create a bank account:
- Go to Master data and settings > Bank code catalog.
- Click Create.
- Specify the bank Description.
- Specify the Region, TIN, and Phones.
- Fill in Domestic payment details and International payment details if needed.
- Click Save and close.
To create a bank account:
- Go to Master data and settings > Company bank accounts.
- Click Create.
- Specify the Description.
- Select your Company.
- Enter the Account number.
- Select the Bank and Currency.
- If payments are made through the correspondent account, select the Payments are made through the correspondent account in another bank checkbox and specify the Correspondent bank.
- On the Account settings tab, select the Account type: Bank, Deposit, or Other.
- On the Bank feeds tab, enable and set up Bank feeds if needed.
- Click Save and close.
