Register Inventory Consumption for Internal Orders

Overview

Here you will learn how to record the consumption of goods by internal non-manufacturing orders directly from the warehouse. After the document is posted, goods stock is changed and non-production expenses are registered.

Registering Inventory Consumption for Internal Orders

  1. Go to Warehouse and delivery > Issue internal documents.
  2. Click Set up and then click Select all.
  3. Select the Warehouse.
  4. Select Pending creation in the Good issues drop-down list.
  5. Select Pending issue/receipt in the Create internal documents drop-down list.
  6. Review the list of reference internal orders pending registration of the inventory consumption documents.
  7. Select the line and click Register by goods issue/receipt. The system will automatically create and fill the Write-off as expenses document.
  8. In the Write-off as expenses document, click the Main tab.
  9. Review the information filled. Make the necessary changes.
  10. Click the Goods tab.
  11. Review the information filled. Make the necessary changes.
  12. Post the document.
