General Journal

Overview

General journal is the master journal where all company transactions or journal entries are recorded.
From the General journal main page, there are two actions that are available: Export and Find.

Exporting Transactions

To export transactions:
  1. Go to Accounting.
  2. Select General journal.
  3. Click Export list.
  4. Choose the columns to export.
  5. Choose the format to export.
  6. Click Save as and choose the locationfor saving.

Finding Transactions

To find a transaction:
  1. Click Find.
  2. Choose the column to search in the Search in field.
  3. Type the search terms in the Find field.
  4. Click Find.
