Deletion of marked objects

Overview

There are two deletion modes: direct deletion and deletion mark. The availability of these methods depends on the user rights.
Marking for deletion allows you to indicate that catalog items should be deleted. Deletion mark changes the catalog item icon (it will feature strikethrough) while the data continues to be displayed.
As a rule, applications are designed to maintain the reference integrity of infobase objects: direct deletion of some objects (such as documents) is not allowed, you can only set deletion marks to them.
If a user selects an item marked for deletion in the field, a message is displayed.

Marking objects for deletion

To set a deletion mark for a catalog item, right-click the item and then click Toggle deletion mark.
To clear a deletion mark, use the same command.
The deletion itself is performed by the user possessing appropriate rights.

Objects marked for deletion can be permanently deleted by the system administrator with the full rights.
